Neues Album: Im September?

Eigentlich sollte das neue Beastie Boys Album "Hot Sauce Committee Part I" letztes Jahr veröffentlicht werden - doch die Krebserkrankung von Adam Yauch durchkreuzte die Pläne. Nun verriet Yauch der Entertainment Weekly, dass er sich von seiner Erkrankung erholt und das neue Album, wenn es sein Gesundheitszustand zulässt, im September erscheinen soll.


"I feel better, it was touch and go there for a while, but I am finally getting my energy back. It was really disappointing to have to hold the record and postpone the tour, but doctor’s orders. We may or may not [release 'Hot Sauce Committee Part I'] depending on how my health is come September. We want to but we have to play it by ear."
