Details: Neues Album "LP5"

Robert Del Naja, auch als "3D" von Massive Attack bekannt, äußerte sich nun zu einem neuen Album seiner Band. Das Album soll "LP5" heißen, ein Releasetermin steht noch nicht fest.

"I work really hard, I'm dividing my time between being here, painting in the garage next to my house, trying to finish the sleeve, then we've got rehearsals over at Bath. Average day, I work from about 11, 12, 'til about 10 at night." Als Gäste werden Damon Albarn, Guy Garvey (Elbow) und Martina Topley-Bird zu hören sein.

Außerdem überlegt die Band alle neuen Songs freizugeben, damit Fans die Songs remixen können: "An album is a big concept to take in and now people want more than the playlist you give them, they want to make their own playlist. People expect more than 45 minutes of music. So, maybe we'll give them away and they can make their own compilation of the tracks that we have, that was the thing that we're talking about. We're working with about 22 tracks from the studio and we'd love for people to remix them. I think more bands should do that with their fans."
