Alex Turner fordert Live-Orchester

Bei der Frage welche Ansprüche The Last Show Puppets bei ihren Liveshows stellen dürfen, kollidierte Alex Turner mit seinem Label Domino Records. Zwar würde der Frontmann der Arctic Monkeys das neue Album seines Nebenprojekts gerne auf einer Tour vorstellen, aber nur wenn seine Plattenfirma ihm die Unterstützung eines kompletten Orchesters gewährt und bezahlt. Dies berichtete das englische Revolverblatt The Sun.


Dort wird eine nicht näher genannte "Quelle" zitiert: "Alex and Miles are keen to play the record live but the presence of an orchestra is key. The rich strings are a central part to the album.”

Das Album 'The Age Of Understatement’ erscheint am 18.04.
