Die Veröffentlichungspolitik von Radiohead schlägt offenbar so große Wellen, dass jede Ankündigung einer neuen Veröffentlichung darauf abgeklopft wird, ob sie auch Digital-Only stattfindet. Beziehungsweise: Es wird jeder gleichmal unterstellt. So wurde der Manager der wiedervereinigten My Bloody Valentine vom Billboard Magazine offenbar falsch verstanden, als diese ihn mit den Worten zitierten, die Band plane, ihr kommendes Album nur als Download anzubieten.

Diese Darstellung wollte er nicht unberichtigt lassen und teilte wiederum dem Magazin 'Wired ' via E-Mail mit: \\"In the interview with Billboard I stated that the forthcoming MBV album will more than likely be self-released. That does not equate to a digital only release, which the article states. Whilst I understand many bands can self-release via digital shops, that is not the plan. I fact we see digital as a far inferior format and the band would NEVER plan to release an album exclusively in a digital format.\\" Womit das geklärt wäre...
