Do they know it's Christmas? Oh yes, they do! Darum haben sich nun Musiker wie Paul Weller, Andy Rourke von The Smiths, Supergrass, The Enemy, Graham Coxon, The Gossips Beth Ditto, Drew von den Babyshambles, Ed Harcourt und Pearl Lowe zur Supergroup Crisis zusammen getan und nehmen heute den Song 'Consequences' zusammen auf. Das Geld, das mit dem Verkauf der Single eingenommen wird, kommt einem gleichmnamigen Projekt zu Gute, das sich um Obdachlose und Alkoholkranke kümmert und präventive Projekte ins Leben ruft.

Pearl Lowe sagt über das Projekt: \\\\"Crisis is an incredible charity and the money that is raised for this record will help empower homeless people, get their lives back, and get back into society. Crisis have art porjects, people can learn music skills, this is not just about being homeless, its about getting homeless people's lives back on track.\\\\" Jean Collingwood, Vorsitzender des Drinkaware Trust fügt hinzu: \\\\"We are delighted to sponsor the Crisis Consequences project which will use live and recorded music and online media to create nationwide engagement. Many people become homeless as a result of dependency on alcohol which has started in their early teens. By working together to make the under 20's aware of the consequences of alcohol misuse, we hope to help prevent dependency and the possibility of homelessness in later life.\\\\"
